Camstar Ingredients Ltd - Wet Division
This division specialises in the development and manufacture of high quality sauces, pastes, marinades and purees to the food manufacturing sector. They are used by manufacturers of ready meals and supplied to retailers and wholesalers.
The wet division is headed up by Ben Land who has over 10 years experience in this sector. This division operates from its own state of the art BRC accredited facility, which is a dedicated manufacturing and packing site and can supply its products in either bulk or foodservice units. The facility is designed to allow for a diverse range of customer specific packaging formats to be utilised as well as long or short production runs.
The division has recently commissioned a thermal process line to allow for cooked and sterilised products to be manufactured and hot filled.
The NPD team headed by Kevin Butler has over 40 years experience in this sector which allows us to develop or match products and to reformulate existing products with a clean declaration. We can offer chilled, frozen and ambient stable products with up to 18 months shelf life.
